IMPORTANT: The standard door to door servicedoes not include the delivery and collection of the goods to the customer’s home, this must be done by the customer. At MOKUZAI WOOD ARTS BCN we have a large stock of most products to guarantee you a delivery time of 21 calendar days in Spain from the shipment (provided that all the products of the order are in stock, you will be able to consult these terms during the purchase process) except for palletized orders (bulky orders), in which the delivery can be made between 2-5 working days later. For the Balearic Islands, it depends on the departure of the ship every Friday.

With this insurance, we guarantee the corresponding replacement or compensation, depending on the case, for those damages derived from the transport.
